Miniature of Queen Victoria, then Victoria Princess Royal, wearing a blue dress pinned to it the badge of the order of Victoria.  Enamel on copper probably after Winterhaltr C1860.  Glazed frame with solid gilded metal reverse.

NB: The portrait by Winterhalter is in the Royal Collection and was painted in 1857.
