Large miniature of a lady facing front, wearing a cobalt dress with white trim and a peach cloak draped over one shoulder.  Watercolour on vellum by Lawrence Crosse signed on the obverse with artist's cursive initials in gold c1710.  Period silver-gilt frame with scroll top decoration.
