Rare enamel patch box with green scalloped base, the white ground lid hand painted in monochrome with a picture of King George III in profile on a gravestone.  It is written: 'In memory of our much gracious Sovereing George III.  Obit1820 aged 82'.  Bilston C1820.  Original internal mirror.
