Lilac-ground enamel scent case with monochrome vignettes of ladies front and back on a pale yellow ground surrounded by a motto in French.  The copper-gilded mounts hinge open to reveal its original internal faceted glass scent and stopper (stopper stuck).  Bilston C1770.
