Large miniature of a seated lady facing right, wearing a white dress, set before a blue curtain backdrop. She has unpowdered brown hair and is wearing large pearl drop earrings.  Watercolour on ivory by W Thicke C1795.  Gilded metal frame with solid reverse.  Photocopy of the original paper at the back of the miniature which is from the workshop of the artist.
