Sky blue scalloped base enamel patch box.  The lid has a hand-painted scent of a boy sitting opposite his Grandma with a cat in the middle of them.  Around the edge is a hand-written sentiment; 'I wish from my heart one of us three was hang'd' I don' mean you poor Puss nor I don't mean myself'.  Bilston C1790.  Original internal mirror (cracked).
