Very unusual combined scent and patch box. The faceted cobalt glass is embellished with silver-gilt mounts engraved with flags and drums and flowers. The bottom section hinges open to reveal where the patches were kept. Silver screw-on engraved lid with cobalt glass internal stopper. French C1810.
