Small rectangular snuff box. The white-ground enamel is hand-painted with floral sprigs on the base and an Italianate scene on the lid, probably after Pirinese. The lid hinges open to reveal an additional hinged internal copper gilt lid with thumb-piece and fixing for snuff spoon. Birmingham C1765.
