Very unusual Bilston toy in the form of a faux montre. The convex back is decorated in red (which was very rarely used as it was exceedingly difficult to fire successfully) with a simple yellow pattern. The front is painted simply with a white watch face, the hands pointing to just after 5 o'clock, surrounded by a red and yellow border. Metal mounts with hanging loop. Bilston C1780.
