Small rectangular pale blue-ground snuff box with bianco-sopra-bianco decoration, the sides are decorated with a central vignette painted with floral depictions. The lid has a polychrome hand painted country scene with blue borders and raised white decorative swirls. The hinged lid opens to reveal an internal hinged metal lid and snuff spoon. Birmingham C1765.
