Limoges enamel concave miniature of Henri IV of France, wearing a red tunic with white ruff.  He has a  jewelled garter around his neck which is set with actual diamonds within the enamel.  It is housed in a gold frame, the border decorated with alternating blue enamel fleur-de -lys and diamonds.   French C1870.
