Unusual turquoise base enamel patch box, the lid has an over-coloured transfer print of Brighton Pavillion.  Bilston C1800.  Original internal mirror (vertical crack).

NB: Brighton Pavillion was started in 1787 and was constructed as a seaside residence for George IV (then Prince of Wales). The architects were Henry Holland, John Nash, Augustus Charles Pugin and William Porden.
