Round silver gilt box set with armandine garnets, turquoises and seed pearls of alternating design. The pull-off lid is decorated with the same gemstones in a central floral pattern. Inside, the base is amateurishly engraved "12 Octre from Edward Aix Les Bains 1870". Austro-Hungary C1870.
