Very unusual rectangular white-ground enamel box, the top, sides and base are decorated with hand-painted polychrome flowers. The lid hinges open to reveal the inside of the box which has 3 equal compartments and the owner's initials; 'JBC' enamelled on the inside of the lid. Bilston C1770.
