Unusual posy holder, the gilded body decorated with blue en-plein enamel in a geometric design,  The gilt finger ring and chain is designed for use when transporting.  There is a button on the back which releases the hidden legs with a spring mechanism so the flowers can be kept upright when stationery.  English C1860.
