Miniature of officer 91st foot Princess Argyllshire Highlanders C1810

Miniature of an officer in red jacket with cream facings and black stock with plaid across his shoulder.  He is wearing a number 91 on his crossbelt for 91st foot Princess Louise's Argyllshire Highlanders.  Waterolour on ivory attributed to Eliza Thicke C1800.  Original gold shell frame, the glazed back set with plaited hair and seed pearl initials.
