Miniature of a young girl with blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a white dress with blue sash. She has her forefinger pointing upwards. Watercolour on ivory by Henry Burch C1790. Original gold shell frame, the reverse with dual-coloured hair formed as a wheatsheaf, tied with seed pearl embellishment. It is set on foiled white opaline glass. Green leather box with gold decoration and velvet lining.
