Rare stand-up scent bottle, the body is enamelled with birds and polychrome flowers on a pale blue background. The sides, front and reverse have faceted garnets set in silver. The front centre has a hinged faceted jewel which opens to reveal a compartment beneath whereas the back is non-openable. The base has a silver mount with more garnets and the top has a pull-off silver lid. Possibly Continental C1700.
