Extremely rare combined scent with patch box. The ormolu body is inset with engraved mother of pearl panels beneath which are 2 hand-painted enamel plaques of ladies. The base and sides are engraved with faces and flowers and the central reservation hinges open to reveal a compartment to store patches. Mother of pearl stopper with ormolu edges and finial.
